The Pregnancy Method is a general fitness and wellness program designed for pregnant individuals. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and is not a substitute for consultation with your doctor, midwife, obstetrician, or other qualified healthcare provider.

2. Consult Your Healthcare Provider First
Before starting this program, you should consult your healthcare provider to confirm that exercise is safe and appropriate for your individual pregnancy, especially if you have any pre-existing conditions, pregnancy complications, or have been advised against physical activity.

3. Listen to Your Body
Stop exercising immediately and seek medical attention if you experience any of the following during or after exercise: bleeding, dizziness, chest pain, calf pain or swelling, contractions, fluid leakage, decreased fetal movement, headache, or shortness of breath before exertion.

4. Individual Results and Risk
Every pregnancy is different. Exercises in this program are provided for general guidance and may not be suitable for every individual or every stage of pregnancy. You participate at your own risk.

5. No Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Studio Allé and its founder are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in this program. This program is used voluntarily and at your own discretion.

6. Modifications
You are encouraged to modify or skip any exercise that does not feel right for your body, and to move at your own pace throughout each trimester.

7. Emergency Situations
This program is not designed for emergency situations. If you believe you are experiencing a medical emergency, contact emergency services or your healthcare provider immediately.
