1. The Program
The Pregnancy Method is a digital fitness and wellness program delivered in three trimester-based modules. Access is granted upon successful payment via our checkout provider (Stripe).

2. Access
Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable license to access the program content for your own use. You may not share, resell, distribute, or publicly post the program materials.

3. Payment
All prices are listed in EUR and are processed securely through Stripe. By purchasing, you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for the amount shown at checkout.

4. Not Medical Advice

5. Intellectual Property
All content, including videos, text, and materials, is owned by Studio Allé and protected by copyright. You may not reproduce or distribute it without written permission.

6. Changes to the Program
We may update or improve program content over time. Release dates for future modules are estimates and may shift; we'll communicate any changes to purchasers.

7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Studio Allé is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the program.

8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of France.
